华语独立电影协会于2023年1月成立并注册，旨在推广华人、华语的电影和视觉作品，并支持以华人为主导的影像产品的创作、制作和发行。

The Chinese Independent Film Association was established and registered in January 2023, with the aim of promoting Chinese language films and visual works, and supporting the creation, production, and distribution of film and video products led by Chinese people.
